Elise has been a keen sports woman from a young age and always knew she wanted a career involving sport
Elise studied at Plymouth University where she did a foundation degree in Sports Coaching and Therapy in 2004- 2006, then went on to do a top-up degree in Health and Fitness.
After graduating in 2007, Elise then carried on her studies at St. Mary's University College in Twickenham where she qualified with ITEC level 3 Diplomas in Holistic Massage in 2008 and then went on to study Sports Massage qualifying in 2009. During this course she did work experience at the Harlequins Rugby Club. Since then she has set up her own business in both Sports and Holistic Massage before joining the Body Tonic team.
