Service Description

Thai stretch massage uses pressure from the therapists palms and thumbs to squeeze and stretch the muscles and joints, to address areas where movement is restricted or the client wants to improve their flexibility. The pressure and stretches are sometimes strong but are always kept within the client’s tolerance. The treatment helps to increase the range of motion in joints and creates a feeling of ease of movement.
